Terms of Service

The short version

Blessed Premium costs $7 per week or $48 per month. Your first 7 days are free; after that the plan you chose renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Who can use Blessed

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. By creating an account and ticking the agreement box at signup, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your membership

• Price: $7.00 per week, or $48.00 per month.
• Free trial: 7 days free, then the price you selected. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
• Renewal: your subscription renews automatically each week or month until you cancel.
• Cancelling: Settings → Manage billing → Cancel subscription. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Payment: processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
• Taxes: prices are in US dollars. Any applicable sales tax is added by Stripe at checkout.
• Refunds: we do not issue refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires one.
• Price changes: we will give at least 30 days notice before a change applies to your existing subscription.
• Billing problems: if a payment fails we may retry it and may limit access until it succeeds.

Your account

You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; deletion erases your authored content and removes your sign-in, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The community prayer wall

• Post kindly. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, or content promoting self-harm will be removed and can end your account.
• Requests posted with "share on the public prayer wall" are visible to anyone who visits the public community page, including people who are not signed in. Leave that box unticked to keep a request private to your account.
• Posts are shown anonymously. Do not post identifying details about yourself or anyone else.
• This is not a counseling service. Never use the wall for a medical or safety emergency.
• We may remove any post and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

The devotionals, affirmations, artwork, and app code belong to us and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active. Sharing one devotional with a friend is fine; republication, resale, or bulk copying is not.

The reflections, gratitude notes, and prayer requests you write remain yours. You give us permission to store them and display them back to you, and to display a prayer request publicly only when you choose the public option.

Not medical or professional advice

Blessed is a devotional and journaling tool. It is not therapy, medical care, counseling, or financial or legal advice, and nothing in the app creates a professional relationship. See the Disclaimer for crisis resources. In an emergency, call 911.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Blessed running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve, change, or retire features, and we may notify you of material changes in the app or by email.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Blessed at any time and cancel your subscription in Settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, if payment fails, or if we stop offering the service. If we end the service, we will refund any prepaid period you could not use.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Blessed is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the operator of Blessed resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
